Not only The Barracks<\/h2>\n

The Casermetta is a historic Vigezzino building built in the second half of the 1800s, which began as a Family Villa and was used for many years as military barracks. When the occupation by the armed forces ended, the structure passed into the hands of a local historical family who restored it to its original beauty. In 2020, La Casermetta is purchased by the company Zoni S.r.l., is remodeled and opened to tourists in 2022.

A sustainable structure<\/h3>\n

We strongly believe in environmental sustainability and protect the land by using measures to reduce our ecological footprint. We are based on a strictly Plastic Free policy, rely on local suppliers, and have a drinking water dispenser that we offer to all customers to reduce the continuous purchase of plastic and glass.<\/p>\n

We encourage our guests to visit the area in an eco-friendly way by offering bicycle rental and an electric car charging station in the facility’s parking lot.<\/p>\n

La location \u00e8 davvero particolare, una vecchia caserma ristrutturata ed arredata con grande gusto, originalit\u00e0 e cura dei dettagli. \n Esperienza a dir poco superlativa, la struttura \u00e8 stata ristrutturata con una cura maniacale, sia per l'aspetto storico che per il gusto sopraffino nella scelta degli arredi. Pezzi di design e vintage perfettamente integrati sia in camera che nelle zone comuni. La posizione a ridosso del centro storico ed il parcheggio riservato sono sicuramente un plus.
